I like that it can be accessed from any location. From home or at work! It has helped me out so much since my husband works on campus too. I used to have to call him constantly for updates about things but now he's able to see what's going on right away without having to wait until I get home before getting something done. Sometimes there will be an error message pop up but usually they are very helpful when you contact them via their website. This software helps us keep track of projects that are ongoing in the office using our shared drive.
