Overall- Very Satisfied with Product Features

I like how much information they provide in their reports so it makes tracking my campaigns very simple! They also have great customer service which helps when there are any issues/questions along the way (which isn't often). Nothing really comes up too frequently but if something does then Customer Service gets back right away about 95% of time - always friendly & helpful!! Great product overall however sometimes some things can be confusing at first glance especially since this software was created by someone who has never worked within an agency setting before as well. So just take everything into consideration because not all features may make sense initially until after using them once more than likely. Tracking leads from website visits through email follow ups etc., creating new contacts via lead capture forms directly onto CRM database without having employees manually enter each contact info again.

  • Easy to use
  • Very easy learning curve for people with zero background experience or knowledge already.
  • The support team is amazing, quick response times; most questions get answered same day ish even during holiday seasons.
  • Support Team takes initiative whenever possible instead waiting forever only getting feedback "we will look out" rather we should expect quicker turnaround period
