I have been using Spiru-tein shake replacements for a few years now. I love them because they blend easily, taste great, and contain incredible amounts of the nutrients I need. Of the many fragrances I have used in this line, this one is THE BEST! Okay, I'm admittedly addicted to chocolate. but this taste is not to be commended. If, like me, you love the famous chocolate chip cookies with cream in the middle, then you'll love this one. I also mix this with coconut milk (types of chilled milk packs) and lots of ice overnight to make Nature's Plus - Spiru-Tein Cookies & Cream, 2.3lb Ice Cream like "dessert" since I removed the sugary foods. in an effort to eat cleaner and achieve weight loss. I love that it's made with ingredients like bee pollen and bromelain! I can't mix whey shakes so I chose Spiru-tein. Order another can now.
