Review on ๐ŸŒŸ TheBalm Honey Hued Luminizer Highlighter: Travel-Size Glow on the Go by Meron Thompson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Have all three and love them.

Have all three "Sisters Manizer". I'm a "makeup enthusiast" but not a makeup artist. Breakdown: Mary Lou is golden champagne. Very thoughtful and the most thoughtful of the group. Highly pigmented, blends well. Very pretty. After seeing it online I think it will look best on very fair to medium brown skin and can look ashy on darker skin tones. You can control the intensity by using less product on the cheeks (makes it more transparent) or by applying wet (intensive). Cindy Lou is an easily pollinated pink peach. Less reflective and more satin, the least reflective of the group. Blends well, very pretty but less pigmented than the rest but still usable. thinner. For fair to medium skin tones in my opinion, but you can check out the patterns for yourself on others. Betty Lou is a warm bronze with golden undertones. Very pigmented and blends well. The second most reflective of the group, but when I blended this as a bronzer on fair skin it didn't look cloudy and was very pretty if you like warm bronzers. It also didn't look like a highlighter when mixed well, meaning it can work both ways. This would be a great bronzer for light brown skin tones depending on how dark you are and how well you blend it when you are lighter. It's also a great highlighter for deeply tanned skin. I have photos of the samples with and without the flash and I blended them on my face over a light layer of foundation. On my face, Mary Lou is closest to my ear, Cindy Lou is in the middle, and Betty Lou is closest to my cheek. Colors aren't displayed optimally, but patterns should help clarify the situation.
