The only thing I had trouble with was understanding the clasps on it. At first I couldn't understand it, but then I realized that it was necessary to keep the checks and ledger in place so they could be nabbed. It's a bit more expensive, but it's well made and worth the price for me. I had the same wallet and a separate checkbook holder that was from Isaac Mizrachi and sold at Target and they were good. I had it for at least 5 years, but I wanted to put something together again. I always panic with my deep wallet trying to find one or the other. This made it easier. Anyway, I like it very much. I also like the color very much. I had a hard time deciding, but the berry color matches my purple purse. I like the blue wallet too.
