Made in China and MDF. Although the design is beautiful.
It all looks like it's made in China, or "Chinaβ as a part says. The base is MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard), a well-known building material that contains formaldehyde. Product design is good. It feels solid and the base is heavy, giving a nice low center of gravity. The assembly was quite easy. I think to return. I just don't like the toxic things coming out of China for newborns.
