I am very impressed with this mount! I was initially skeptical about the price, especially when compared to similar mounts at Best Buy. It is very durable and easy to assemble and install. Holds our new 60" TV with no issues. The pan and range of motion is great, it just takes a little planning ahead to get the motion right, especially if you're mounting it in a corner like me. A few cons. heavy, it requires 2 people to install, preferably if at least 1 is muscular!You will also need to make sure it is secured to studs or some sort of hard surface wall.We have a log home so I mounted it directly to the logs and it's not a problem, but in a typical Bauhaus you have to make sure it's well secured due to its weight. Also, the bracket that attaches to the TV itself covers part of the area where you plug in accessories, so you'll need to do a bit of tweaking and creative thinking to connect all the cables to the inputs.
