06/05/2021: Item has just arrived and unfortunately no parts were missing. Not cool. After contacting Revain support I feel better. The missing piece, however, are the pads that allow the fan to self-align. This is a sad day for Revain, which continues to use inferior vendors. I have not been completely satisfied with various sellers for several years. However, Revain managed to fix issues with this product. Yes, the fan sounds like an airplane about to take off. So noise is an important factor. The real test, however, will be when I put this up in my meeting room at church. I'll see how much noise it really makes. I don't think this (noise) would be a factor if it was outside. I knew these industrial/commercial fans move a lot of air and make a lot of noise. The fan switch is weak/wobbly. I don't see where it can be tightened. Damn, I don't know how long it will stay there, but I'll see. Maybe it's on purpose, but I don't like it. Whether it stays cool or feels airy, I can't test that until tomorrow when I put it in the hallway or maybe in the sanctuary. I will update my findings.
