I have been using this product for several years to reduce the visibility of sunspots on my face. It's definitely done. A small issue with the cream is that it thickens a bit about 3-4 weeks after first opening the lid. This is probably due to the oxidizing effect of the air. However, this doesn't seem to affect performance. SPF. at 15, that's not as much as I'd like, but given my darker skin color, it's enough for me. Highly recommended.
