I've never been a big fan of belts. On the rare occasions when I really wanted or needed them, they were always an uncomfortable annoyance. Well, I should have tried the ratchet strap a long time ago. This arrived already cut to the perfect length (didn't have to cut the skin at all) and the ratcheting feature allows me to find my exact comfort point. . No need to fiddle with the pins and holes or thread the extra length through the floating loop. I pull the lever on the buckle, I'm open to business. Put the straps back in - tick, tick, tick, tick, tick - the barn doors are tight. I like it!
