ADVANTAGES Very nicely done. I've used this teleprompter on a cart or tripod all day and it has worked flawlessly. I really like that the handles on the bars can be pulled out and reinserted. So if you tighten or loosen them and hit another part of your rig, you can basically let go, twist back and keep tightening. This was a very pleasant surprise and makes it very easy to mount on 15mm rods even if your lens, focus follower or other accessory is really tight along with the teleprompter. I want all the bolts to tighten the bars to be made this way. Talents from 15-20ft had no problem reading this teleprompter so the glass works very well. And I even had an iPad mini installed. CONS There are no instructions in the box, so you'll have to play around with it for a while to understand exactly how this thing works and how to adjust the angle of the glass for viewing. The tote bag is good, but the styrofoam packed inside is quite cheap. The string used to stretch the black cloth around the lens isn't my favorite method, but it works well enough. SUMMARY There are no light leaks and it appears to be a great teleprompter for the price. If you have an iPad this is a very good option to use as a teleprompter and the price and quality is very hard to match.
