Apparently they have been used before.
I just opened a package that came to my door ten minutes ago. The bottom of the boots, white handles, stained and some hair inside. I was planning on just washing them anyway, but I feel like I shouldn't have paid full price for it. We don't mind reusing things, but I figured I'd buy them brand new.
- These appear to be of good quality. I asked the owner for an opinion but the feedback was limited.
