My pump failed after two years. I contacted Fitness Factor and they immediately sent a replacement. I later found that the pump tubing was becoming detached from the pump head, causing an intermittent loss of air pressure. After tightening, the pump looks normal. I am so impressed with their service. I offered to pay for a new pump as I needed to fix the loose hoses issue. They insisted that I just keep the new pump for free, saying it was as much their fault as mine. I will definitely buy from them again.
