This is a pair. You get a left and a right hand. They work fine. This is for my 11 year old daughter's costume and they fit her fingers quite loosely. We solved that problem with a pair of women's leather gloves. We had 2 hinge pins fall out and luckily we were able to find them and put them back in. I'd recommend checking them all regularly and maybe putting a dab of super glue on the side that snaps into place to keep them from falling out. Enjoy!
