Looks the same as the OEM visor but a lot cheaper. The average DIYer should have no trouble installing them. I will say that you have to be careful with the black metal spring clips. Make sure the old ones are powered off before attempting to install a new sight! A pair of pliers and a gentle hand will help if the old visor hasn't come loose. If necessary, try looking at the old sight after removing it to check the alignment of the clips. Align everything correctly (especially the white plastic connector) before attempting to connect them together. It certainly helped to use a medium flathead screwdriver to push the black metal clips all the way in after I snapped the visor into place to make sure they snapped all the way into place. Once installed, it works and looks great!
