I received my keyboard but there was no mouse in the box. I called them and they asked if they could just refund $10 to my account or send me another mouse and I refused both so they gave me my money back. I wasn't aware it was a refurbished item but was told that over the phone. It's on the way back and today I went to Wal-Mart and bought one to see in person that wasn't refurbished. Revain was great at offering me a refund and a return label to send it back so I'm grateful for that.
