This product deserves 0 stars. I bought 2 of these fire pill cases for my kid. The problem with the case is how tight it fits and clings to the tablet. This causes at least 2 issues I've had using the case on tablets, both of which have gone away since I removed the case. The first issue is that when I tried to remove the case, the grip was so tight that it actually separated the back cover of the tablet itself along with the case. Thankfully, I was able to snap the tablet's back cover back into place without too much trouble. This happened on both tablets! The second problem it causes, again due to the very tight fit and the way it sits on the screen, is that the screen stops working and becomes unresponsive when pushed to unlock or when tried used to make a selection or press the buttons on the screen; he will either not answer or make the wrong choice. Another issue I've read (afterwards) is that people's screens have cracked, which I think is due to the tight fit on the screen.
