Two errors are good for computers and accessories

2nd error. 1. didn't work. The replacement failed in less than a year. Very little use. No abuse. I only use it when traveling. Error at the point where the output cable comes out of the brick. Sometimes it works if I wiggle the cable. The power cord is too short.
