I bought this watch in January 2016 and loved it. In October the clock stopped. I took it to a jeweler to have the battery changed. The battery was dead after two weeks. I returned to the jeweler who said the battery was dead, the second hand didn't work even though there was an Indigo function. The jeweler said there was a problem with the movement and sent it back for repair. I sent my watch to Timex (it still had one year of warranty) and Timex couldn't fix it. They sent me a new watch. The second watch worked perfectly. less than a month. I contacted Timex again and they sent me watch #3. I didn't get a chance to wear #3 as the group was so large. Yesterday I started resizing the bracelet and found that watch #3 is dead. No indiglo, no movement, nothing. I contacted Timex again and asked for a refund. As I bought the watch through Revain they will not give me a refund but they will ship a #4 watch. I have never had a Timex watch perform so poorly and I have had a Timex for years. My Timex sports watch is still fine, but this one seems unusable. I have never been so disappointed with a Timex product. Update: Watch #4 died completely 2 weeks after receiving it. I had to remove the links ($10 more) and wore it exactly 2 times (once for lunch and once for a meeting, not heavily used at all) for a total of 6 hours before it COMPLETELY died. No Indiglo, nothing. I need a new watch and better trust it will NOT be Timex. I'm out of breath
