I really liked this lamp because it matched my sewing machine perfectly. It worked exactly as I expected. Received on November 18, stopped working on December 12. βΉοΈ The remote control and almost the touchpad on the lamp stopped working. Finally, after struggling with this, I turned it to the brightest setting where I wanted it and turned it off. It cannot be switched on and off either on the touch panel or on the remote control. Every time I want to use it I have to plug it in and then unplug it when I'm done. Can you help me with that?
