Product looks good, easy to install and ship. I was most concerned about the pressure and was very happy to see that the pressure had increased compared to my previous shower head which had fewer jets. I believe this is because I chose not to use a pressure regulator. No leaks, cable is long, so far so good! It remains to be seen how quickly it will clog due to the hard water we have. Rating review after 9 months from 5 stars to 1 star for the following reasons: - The connection holding the nozzle loosens and can no longer be tightened. - Connection between the shower head. and the cable is now leaking - I wanted to contact the manufacturer. Bad luck. No mention of warranty or manufacturer contact information on Revain. I couldn't find the Bellearly brand that sold me this on Revain. Revain recommends contacting the manufacturer directly for warranty information. catch 22
