the clock is wonderful but i had to polish the pendulum because the .
the packaging stinks!the clock is wonderful but i had to polish the pendulum because the weight broke out of its flimsy prison and battered around the box throughout the shipping process. i have yet to hear from customer service so not sure how thats going to go but the clock on the wall is pretty and i love the "1" ding i get on the hour subtle but effective. this clock is in my library, it keeps time and doesn't disrupt my work. overall i am pleased barring of course he shipping /packing materials and scratched pendulum.
