I love this bag. I prefer a backpack style shoulder bag and my last one broke. This bag had everything I wanted. It has lots of pockets and extra small ones for things like pens and phones. There is a sunglass pocket in the strap although mine are too big to fit in. I always chew gum in it. It has more padding than most wallets. Not only is the strap really soft, but so is the backing that rests against your back. Gray is a nice stylish shade that doesn't show dirt easily. The zippers and zips are very durable. I love that I can just flip the bag forward and open it to get to the stuff inside. Highly recommended!
