
When I first bought a flash, I was thrilled. It arrived on time and worked great. Once I grabbed the flash and it wouldn't turn on. I've never taken it outside. It stayed at home and was only used a couple of times. I have 4 Nikon OEM flashes and just thought I'd skip the radio controlled one. However, I contacted Godox directly, they requested the video, and then when I sent it, they never replied to me. Nada. Nothing. Of course, I assumed that maybe I had somehow missed her mail and contacted her again. Nothing. Well I don't want to be an adventurer so I waited a few weeks knowing that people are busy and so on. Nothing yet. Currently; That said, I have two sets of flash triggers which are also made by Godox and so far I haven't had any issues. However, this is a flash. Garbage. Don't buy this. Buy for cash and an OEM when you can afford it, there's nothing worse than spending money on something that just doesn't work and customer service refuses to help you.
