This compares very favorably to other options. I'm not commenting on performance versus price, just performance. My band broke yesterday after 2 months. I didn't do anything special except wear it. I only took the watch off for charging about once a week or less. The plastic hinge is broken. The bracelet itself is fine except for the breakage. It's a bit stiffer compared to the original fitness band - not as soft and comfortable as the original, but acceptable.
