Second update: Revain has responded to the negative feedback from the seller about the non-compliance with the guarantee and has kindly refunded the money. They will also send this seller in for review. Update: Everything was fine until they suddenly stopped working after about 6 months. I emailed the company twice but no reply within a week. Perhaps a bad review will spur the company into action. PLEASE REPLACE OR REFUND MY PURCHASE! I've been using these headphones for a few weeks now and they're great. No problems connecting or disconnecting to switch devices (I'm using Android 6 and 7 versions). The cable that connects the buds is of high quality. I've thrown away a couple of headphones because the cord keeps unplugging, but I don't think that's going to happen with these. I mostly use them at the gym on the treadmill and the wireless feature is handy for jumping on and off the machine. The sound quality is good enough for YouTube. The battery life is also very good. I don't need to charge every day, 3-4 days depending on usage. The only thing I don't like is the strange name on the case. I would have preferred the case to be empty and not said Joyful Heart, mostly because I'm not familiar with the brand.
