Over the years I have bought MANY different cables, from very cheap imitations to the tried and tested. He was the first to ask me questions. Bought 3 months ago and already black screen when using Xbox One X. I've tried every setting on the Xbox to see if it's just an incompatible mode but everything results in the screen going black for a few seconds becomes. I wanted a cable long enough to connect directly from the Xbox to the TV, so a powered cable seemed the best option for my length (15 feet). Will replace this one, not sure which brand now. Setup for those wondering: Q80T (connected to 2.1 port for gaming) Xbox One X15ft high-speed cable (sometimes reviews throw all types together)
