I really like everything about this brace. It's lightweight, has just enough "squeeze" to provide support without cutting off circulation, and there's no sloppy loosening anywhere. Perfect fit - I have a small hand and it was great. Longevity - my new pup chewed on two of these. There are a lot of tiny holes but this didn't affect their integrity much. The holes on the outer edges ended up torn. I have also washed them, gardened them and used them in all my daily activities. The only thing I'd like to change, but I'm not entirely sure how it would be possible to have some "vents" in large interior areas without changing really good compression. That's because my skin has decided it doesn't like the moisture that builds up underneath the gel. I tried wrapping my wrist in a paper towel but ended up with a rash on the underside of my wrist. With Benadryl cream everything goes straight away so I have no complaints. I will buy again although I see other gel braces with vents or breathing holes. They don't seem as strong as these.
