These knives are not sharp and when I tried to sharpen them one of them broke the point and the other about an inch from the edge! The only good thing about these knives is that they look cool and feel good in your hand. They don't cut tomatoes or other things that require a sharp knife. I suspect it's not because of poor quality, but because of the ceramic, which is state of the art and not yet ready for prime time knife making.
