My god my god I live near Austin in Texas and the limescale problem in the water is the worst I've ever seen. I was ill and couldn't brush daily as prescribed because of limescale in that area. I wish I could have thought of photographing a green-grey rock covering the inside of a toilet bowl. No amount of bleach or other products will remove this, especially if there is a large build-up. Lime naturally traps scarce substances, which then become a breeding ground for bacteria. I ordered this with the plan but still didn't feel energized so I poured the two packets into the bowl, turned off the water and let them sit and turn into a paste with the moisture in the bowl. I let it sit for about eight hours. The water was turned on and the bowl rinsed and more than half dissolved and went down with the rinse. The rest was the same, but when I brought him a toilet brush, it was softer than toothpaste and washed off easily. There were two small patches, each a quarter sized, that didn't solve this problem. The second treatment with the last bag solved the problem, the shell looks like it was born.
