Review on SURVAN Women's Fashion Wrist Watch - Swiss-Quartz, Sapphire Mirror, 18k Yellow Gold Ion-Plated Stainless Steel Case by Carol Taylor

I ordered this watch for my daughter. This is a very beautiful and smart watch. The quality of the material and assembly is very good. The watch has a 38mm stainless steel case, which is a pretty good size for a petite teenager, but is a bit thick. The crystal has a slightly convex surface that protrudes easily and can be scratched. Hopefully the solid sapphire material will help prevent that. The straps are made of genuine leather, are well made and look durable. The watch is made in China. The movement is a Swiss quartz and the dial says it at 6 o'clock. Seems to keep time very well. The dial is simplified in design and easy to read, which is a plus. The hour and minute hands are on the dial, while the seconds hand is on a small sub-dial. As far as I can tell, this watch does not have a gold finish. Not sure what the 18k ion plated yellow gold detail in the product name is talking about. The watch comes in a very handsome wooden case housed in a thick cardboard box. Burlap with drawstring is provided. I'm assuming the case is for packing a box for a gift or it's just a bonus gift with the purchase of the watch. Thank you card and instruction manual included. All in all this is a very good watch. My daughter likes it very much. With smartwatches everywhere these days, it's nice to wear a simple classic watch on some occasions. This one is stylish and ideal for formal occasions. It also goes well with everyday wear. highlighted.
