Very disappointed. The shelf consists of 3 parts connected by hinges. Anchors are intended for wooden walls or concrete. You will need to buy new anchors as the concrete anchors pushed through the drywall. The supplied template did not match the mounted supports, see photos. I would ruin the wall if I used it to install anchors. (would be a disaster with concrete or wooden walls). The included mounting screws would not have been nice. The pipe mounting screws provided did not make the structure rigid so it was very difficult to mark on the wall exactly where to attach the anchors. The plastic "standoffs" used to support the shelf above the plumbing fell off when trying to insert the screws used to hold the shelf above the plumbing. After final assembly, the shelf appears to curve downward while the tube curves upward. It took 2 people, 15 tools and about 6 hours over 3 days to finally install it and one of the shelf support screws doesn't fit. The freshly painted walls needed touching up. The directions were not clear. It's too complicated to install if you don't have experience hanging things on drywall.
