This was a great addition to my setup. At first I just wanted to create atmosphere but they also add a good amount of light for reading. My remote control is broken. The Reds buttons actually controlled the blues and the greens the reds etc. All buttons work so I didn't find them worthy of a return but they were all in the wrong place. The fade function works at a very comfortable/soothing speed, which is my favorite feature of the entire set. They can be tricky to install as they are quite wide, but if you can hide them behind a table or something they look really nice. The receiver isn't the most receptive and the power supply is a little heavy for its size, but overall they work well with the cables provided. It's just very convenient that the product includes everything (cable, power, receiver, remote control and lighting). Definitely recommend this setup to anyone who doesn't want to buy all the parts all the time.
