UPDATE: There are only two weak points in this Q series: 1) White balance (no matter how much you play with it) itself is a small world. However, gamma output also works with the Sony A5000 when rendering in JPEG format (it doesn't matter for any brand if you shoot in RAW format). 2) The lack of a shutter over the sensor (compared to m43 ie e-pm1, e-pm2, gf3 etc) is almost critical IF you plan to shoot moving objects with non-Pentax Q lenses. To be clear, the leaf shutters in each of the lenses (01, 02, 0.06) are fantastic BUT there is no shutter when other lenses are installed. This somewhat breaks the stabilization of the body that I bought q for. However, I will always love Q and I don't look at Pentax dslr - ROCK controls. The mistake I made with the Panasonic body was that it didn't have sensor stabilization, adding to the cost (or a tripod) of any other lens you buy. There is no such problem here. I LOVE the 02 lens on this body. You won't be doing professional shop photos on this body now (not GF3, at least start with e-pm2) but you can have a good time for the price. The display and controls are excellent. The pop-up flash worked well with my large lenses. I also enjoy my 35mm CCTV lens for some artistic bokeh.
