Overall this system does the job and support is provided if you need it. I installed it for about a week and it works fine. I connected 4 TVI cameras and 4 old analogue cameras and installed a 1TB hard drive. My software configuration is very basic (24/7 recording only) so I can't talk about things like motion detection or alerts. Zosi Yoyo's customer service rep was very responsive and helped me sort through multiple model numbers and product listings that refer to identical products. (The model number I actually received was 1AR-08MN00.) They also have a lot of documentation on using the DVR software on their website. It doesn't make up for the software issues, but at this price point I'm willing to live with it. Similarly, the ZosiSmart mobile app works flawlessly but needs a bit of tweaking. I compared it to several competitors on the Play Store and it turned out to be one of the best.
