Great skirt for the price. I'm 5ft 7in, waist can range from 36-38in and hips 45in. I usually wear L or XL in US sizes and 3X or 4X in Asian sizes depending on the brand, cut etc. I bought this skirt in XL because I couldn't find a size chart. I definitely should have gotten a big one, maybe even a medium one. The length falls just above my knees when worn at my natural waist, when worn under something rather than showing off a faux belt it has enough waist area to pull down so the hem falls just over the spot where my calf starts to curve outward. The material is dense, heavy, elastic and soft. This is a great skirt with good flow and length if it's the right size. The material is heavy enough that the loose belt causes the riding skirt to be much lower than intended.
