Review on VNC Connect by Michael Schafer

It works very well with our Cisco routers. The only thing I do not like about this product is that sometimes when we are trying to work at a specific URL within my browser (Firefox) or another application (Excel) will have issues loading because there isn't enough bandwidth for both applications running simultaneously. Sometimes they work perfectly fine but other times one gets lost so make sure your network connection has ample bandwidth before purchasing this item! We use this product mainly during emergencies or any time where all staff are out of their office. If someone needs assistance while working remotely then VNC Connect can be utilized easily since you can see exactly what's being done. This makes communication easier as well.
