The cushioning really helps with training and running.
The shoes are very comfortable for everyday wear. I'm a big guy and it was a blessing to walk in it. The cushioning takes a lot of strain off your knees. They're a little wider than most shoes of the same size and width that I've ordered, but not so much that they're too loose. I'm a little worried about what they will be like when I break them.
