I love this case! It's perfect, very durable and I just love it! My problem is that my order was missing a shoulder strap! Can someone please get in touch with me ASAP to just send me the strap please, everything else is perfect! I will change my rating to 5 stars when I receive the included shoulder strap. ***Update*** I spoke to the company right after posting my review. Didn't even get a chance to call and complain lol because they already contacted me to fix it! 😳😲 OMG! Can you say the best customer service ever! The case itself is awesome! I have been looking for a case for my Samsung Galaxy Tab s7+5g model nu T978U for so long that for some reason it was very difficult to find. I'm guessing that because the product is so new, maybe that's why other companies don't have a case or haven't bothered to make one yet? 🤔🤔 Luckily I found this company! The quality is fantastic! I've never had such a strong case! The way it is made makes the tablet very secure and cozy inside. You have measurements here that are so accurate it's scary! It doesn't dangle at all, it fits perfectly.👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 So if your tablet case dangles, you've chosen the wrong one. The case actually adds some weight to the tablet, which I like! My tablet doesn't feel flimsy and fragile like I'll break it if I drop it. I drop my tablet all the time because I fall asleep in an instant, so it's been tested quite a bit and everything is still there. A great bonus is that it comes with two cases, one with a screen protector and one without. So it's a win-win situation for everyone! If you are looking for a high-quality suitcase, then you have come to the right place! You will not regret it. The price is great for such a large tablet!🤯 I am very happy with my purchase!
