I bought this soap because the ingredients are the same as Dr. Similar to Bronner's unscented soap, it may not be a mild soap at all. It gave me a delicate red rash all over my body and face. I'm very sensitive to fragrances so I bought the unscented version but this soap is made with sodium cocoa which is very pungent. I immediately feel a burning sensation on the skin, eyes, neck, armpits. I come out of the shower tanned. It bled my face too, it's the only thing I changed so I'm pretty sure that's what kicks me out. stay with dr Bronner, this is NOT a SUBSTITUTE!
