I use the Shure 58 most of the time but just wanted to get another mic so I went with this cheaper Shure mic. To attempt. The reviews were pretty good and I thought if there wasn't something else I would use it to connect a mic to a speaker or something. Well it turns out it's not a bad mic at all, not a '58, but it's great for someone and you don't have to worry about playing with the mic and getting too angry. It's really good and you won't be disappointed if you buy it. It's better than most mics that claim to be as good as the Shure 58 but aren't, and at about the same price as most I would buy instead. It even feels good in the hand.
