Great user friendly portal with strong capabilities and extensible features

Easy integration into existing applications as well as being able to configure without any knowledge or support required is great! Sometimes we require more customization but that's not always possible due to limitations within this platform - it should be easier/more flexible if needed (such things are hard coded). We've been using SAKETA mainly because our clients use sharepoint so there were no other options available when looking at intranets / portals etc. The benefits include easy management via browser & having multiple access points which makes life much simpler than trying different solutions individually such has outlook web app vs office 365 mail client.

Pros
  • It can integrate easily with SharePoint, Office365 email accounts for both internal employees AND external customers alike; very intuitive interface once you get used too how everything works together in terms getting emails from your customer portal directly sent through Outlook Web App instead going back out again thru OWA then forwarding them onto an employee account.it just saves time overall by reducing steps involved :) Also its quickness allows me ease while working remotely where I'm away
