Very good 4 in 1

This is an amazing 4 in 1 portable crib/playpen. The benefit of this setup is that its configuration can change as your child grows from newborn to toddler. This product comes with a cradle/playpen, changing table, side shelf, mosquito net and frame, mattress with support bars, swing system, carry bag and instruction manual. The downside of the manual is that the text could have been bigger, especially since there is quite a bit of white space that would allow for expansion of the text, and the manual doesn't mention how to attach the oscillating system supports. The takeaway from this review is to look closely at how all the components are packed in the bag when you first take it off so that when you repackage it you get all the components back correctly. Since the manufacturer knows how to pack the components to avoid damage, it is advisable to repack them in the same way. As your child grows, some accessories such as rocking chairs, changing table and side shelf may not need to be packed. This simplifies packing and makes it easier to transport the entire system. When I first assembled this product it took me a while to figure everything out so the build was slow. Subsequent builds went quickly because I knew how everything was going. To prepare the crib/playpen, stretch the assembly slightly, then press the center of it to snap the frame into place, then check that the railing has snapped into place. There is a second level support fabric that stays in place for babies or can be removed to create a playpen. At the second level, it is much easier to take care of the child without reaching the bottom of the playpen. Three metal supports are installed on each level, creating a solid platform for the mattress placed on these supports. If you only need a crib or playpen, the assembly is complete. If you want the crib to rock, there are two rocker legs that attach to the lower legs underneath the crib. You must tip the crib over the edge to secure these supports. The legs are articulated so once in place you can lock them in place to rock or leave them up so they don't rock. The mosquito net attaches to the frame which in turn attaches to a corner of the cot/playpen and the net is simply thrown over the railing. The mesh has a hole that allows you to access the crib without removing the entire mesh. Both the changing table and the side table can be securely attached to the cot/playpen. These accessories snap to the railing above the fabric, so I hope the fabric will hold up to repeated installs and removals over time. The instructions show how to mount the side table to the end rails, which is not possible due to the curved design of the rails. It must be mounted on long rails. Other features of the crib/playpen include a double pocket on one end useful for storing items and a zippered door on the other end to allow toddlers to get in and out of the crib. playpen. One of the long side rails can be lowered to one of several positions for easy access to the playpen floor. I don't know the exact weight of this rig, but it's pretty light at around 30 pounds. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and features of this 4-in-1 product.
