Review on Universal Car Interior Rearview Mirror Clip On – Wide Angle Convex Panoramic Rearview Mirror by KITBEST (11.4” L x 2.9” H) for Cars, SUVs, Trucks by Chris Kirby

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Only buy if you like curved mirrors, if not skip and buy flat

This is a convex or curved mirror without dimming function. If you're ok with curved mirrors, this will work. If you don't like curved mirrors, buy a "flat" mirror. In practice it is larger than any standard mirror and offers a panoramic view, but objects appear smaller than in real life, but you will definitely see more. vehicles than before. I have bought these types of mirrors in the past and now have 3 of them for 3 different cars (one broke and I had to replace it). They work best if your rearview mirror is tinted as they cannot be dimmed at night and take the time to adjust your eyes to the panoramic arch look I've had over the years. I can't give this 5 stars because this particular version has a slight "shaking" or vibration that my other mirrors don't have. I've padded it with foam etc and the wobble has been greatly reduced, but I can still notice it from time to time, maybe it's just my truck, I'm not sure. I can see EVERYTHING without having to adjust the mirror when I fall or sit differently in my seat after many hours of driving. Yes, I can see the back seat, but I can also see my entire rear and side windows. If you buy a wider one (which I have) you'll find yourself looking at yourself all the time, which is weird, so it works in a truck.

Pros
  • GREATER VIEW - KITBEST's rearview mirror gives the driver a wider viewing angle and eliminates blind spots while driving. Also, do NOT turn around if you want to babysit in the back seat while driving.
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options.
