I bought this adapter to charge my 56w portable battery. I used it once for this task, for which it worked decently well. The second time I used it was this weekend for a hike to power a heated thermos so we could have access to boiling water for cooking. It fried on the second use, leaving us with no dinner that night and no breakfast the next morning. Just took it apart to see what went wrong. It smells like a fried tiny transformer, and there's almost no radiator inside. That's probably why it's rated at 1/3 the weight of an OEM laptop PSU. If you're powering low-power devices, this isn't a problem. But if you need to take full advantage of it, say goodbye to it. Definitely 60W because that's true max.
