Light, durable and simple

The simple and elegant look of this backpack continues in its design. Inside there is a small laptop/netbook pocket and an open compartment. There's a handy water bottle holder on the sides and an iPad-sized pocket on the front with a padded exterior. It's all for bags. So if you are an organizer and like to have a pocket for every item, this bag is not for you. However, for minimalists, this is exactly what you need. The materials are light but very durable. Seams, on the other hand, have a few loose threads here and there, but these don't seem to affect the actual structure or stability of the seams in any way. The zippers slide smoothly and the clasps are strong. The leather accents and buckle have no real functionality but definitely add a touch of elegance to the look. My only real complaint about this bag is that the nice and sturdy shoulder strap buckles land right on the edge of my armpit and dig into my arms and chest a bit. when i reach forward I'm only 5ft 2in tall so it's probably not a big deal for a taller person but a relatively big issue for my comfort level. Which is a shame because the soft part of the shoulder straps is high quality and very comfortable. This backpack can be worth the time it takes me to remove the buckle and strap and put them back on in the opposite direction.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • I can't remember, but there was something
