We used Vegetable Protein Thrive from Legion Athletics. Thrive is by far the best plant-based protein we've tried. But my wife is on an organic high so she bought Elite. For us, the key to plant protein consists of three parts. It should blend easily. Like a shaker with ice instead of a shaker ball. Check both. Second. The taste must be excellent. Check out Thrive and Elite again. And thirdly. The results of building muscle mass should be obvious. Thrive selects this check box. We just started using Elite today so I'll post the results. Oh, and for my wife, 4) the protein has to be organic. Only Elite selects this check box. Sorry Legion. Elite is a great all-round protein that mixes up in just a few shakes and tastes great. Haven't tried vanilla yet as Revain only sells small vanilla which is too expensive. So far, so good. And it's organic. UPDATE: Since running out of Thrive I've noticed one thing. I bought the Elite Vanilla, but the Elite "Vanilla" contributes a good amount of gas (especially compared to the Thrive, which doesn't contribute gas). Vanilla Elite is a and a purchase made. Thriving vanilla does not cause gas. Elite vanilla, not otherwise.
