Very comfortable. I wear a 32 waist for most pants and medium fits me. Although they are opaque (blue) the fabric is flimsy and if you have more than peanuts in your pants it will show. (The model in the listing photos appears to have a microphallus. Also, his feet don't match the rest of his body.) My girlfriend thinks it's half the fun (the other half doesn't matter), but I'll take a long shot shirt or even underwear when I go where no one cares about such things. Either way, they're great for yoga classes, lounging around the house, or entertaining a girl.
