The amount of glitter has been exaggerated in previous reviews. Yes there is some glitter and yes it is very oily makeup but you don't use it on yourself! My 3 year old daughter was so excited when she received this set and happily painted her face in bright rainbow colors. She looked like she had a bear punched in the face but I loved every moment she flinched because she was having fun! And isn't that the point?
