Review on Microsoft Surface I7 8650U Certified Refurbished by Anastazja Matejczyk

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is top notch, be sure to try it.

The battery, on the one hand, is smaller than on laptops of mobile (non-gaming) series, but on the other hand, the laptop is compact, thin, and light. Because there are no drawbacks per se, I will leave this field blank. When compared to alternative options, 1.8 kg for 15.6 inches is a significant advantage. This, of course, takes into account the currently installed CPU, video card, and cooling for those components. If I use it in the "movies / browser" mode with the brightness set to medium, the battery should last for 5 hours. The battery itself lasts long enough for me to use it for 3 to 4 hours. If you play AAA games that require maximum consumption, you will get the best performance from the network. About the display, the color gamut that is announced here is 66%, and it is at a good level here; you can't instantly tell the difference between this and a monitor that has a full gamut, and the color saturation is about average. Distinct buzz - 144-Hz matte IPS matrix. The brightness is about par for the course, but you shouldn't have any trouble seeing the screen even in bright environments. In addition, the design of the laptop itself makes it possible to utilize the device as a set-top box by connecting a display and a control to it. The HDMI port is handily situated on the rear of the device. It's possible that it will be more expensive than consoles, but compare that to the number of possibilities it offers. Cyberpunk is cheerful and high, and so are Humanity and the Black desert. In WarThunder, it supports dlss and is capable of producing 80-120 frames per second; however, playing the game without charging it reduces the frame rate to 30. Thus, the mechanics of other games will operate in the same manner. You can explore through the frames per second that are available on notebookcheck for a variety of games.

Pros
  • Excellent central processing unit, video card that can handle high settings in games, adequate autonomy, and excellent display. And a lot of little things that are made by MSI, such as the keyboard, power buttons, and Fn, Dragon-center (which also supports Windows 11), in which you can change the nature of the laptop between gaming and mobile, standalone, and battery charging (keep about 50% to save it, if you do not move the laptop and keep it on the wire, up to 80% and up to 100%, that is, in normal mode for working outside outlets), msi-warranty continues after opening for upgrade and 3 months for a survey and other tiny things that won't represent advantages in the general list, but after use, only favorable impressions will be left behind. The fact that the RAM is not soldered, which is now a plus, allows you to either put another set of die in right away or add one die right away. This is a separate benefit from the possibility of upgrading, which consists of one installed m2 and the ability to additionally install 2.5. And the perspective itself is, of course, relatively strict and seems slightly amusing, but there are no extra bells and whistles. A sleek black laptop with red highlights and a cool looking logo. Even MacBooks have taken on a more opulent look. The screen itself is extremely tiny, and its surrounding metal frame and bezels are both narrow.
